Vizzela

Vizzela is a Brazilian cosmetics brand, especially known for its makeup products. For the awareness-raising campaign, we selected fifteen beauty influencers from our casting to review the project's main products: the Satin Liquid Foundation, the Oh My Blush Liquid Blush, and the Cream Contour Stick. The reviews were conducted by influencers such as @kareenguimaraess, @isaplacucci, @saratorazzi, @sogarico, @gabirezendes, @kevinlopes, @clarakunning, @ducurvello, @carolmserrat, @amandinhascastro, @livibrigolini, @natdeusdara, @baarbaralopes, and @agatha, all highly engaged in the beauty niche. The review format proved to be particularly effective, highlighting the products' selling points and highlighting their performance in a long shot.

Stanley

Stanley, a thermal cookware company, is known for its insulated products such as thermoses, cups, mugs, and other beverage containers. The brand approached us through an influencer campaign on TTCX to promote its Happy Hour product line, with the slogan “Happy Hour has no time, it has Stanley”. We selected three TikTok influencers who aligned with the campaign’s objectives: conversions, DPA, and traffic. Despite the urgency of the project, we were able to meet the client’s expectations and obtain excellent results. The click-through rate, conversion rate, and views of this video were among the top 1% in the home goods sector in Latin America.

Intua

Intua is a wellness and comprehensive beauty brand. Through TTCX, the brand approached us to creatively promote the benefits of skincare made with Intua. The goal of the campaign was to generate awareness and conversion of its main products. To produce four videos with paid media placement on TikTok, our strategy used the social network's own resources, including green screens and animated filters with a touch of humor that bring the audience closer and capture their attention, essential points in projects like this. As a result, the campaign not only generated great awareness, but also achieved a conversion rate that placed it among the top 1% of videos in the fast-moving consumer goods sector on TikTok.

Caixa

CAIXA, or Caixa Econômica Federal, is a Brazilian public financial institution. CAIXA Lotteries are a set of betting games with popular modalities such as Mega-Sena, Lotofácil, Quina, Lotomania, Timemania, Dupla Sena, among others. Through TTCX, the institution contacted us to promote bets for Quina de São João through the network of influencers from the Northeast. The campaign took advantage of the aesthetics and excitement of the June festivities, aligning itself with the trend of parodies of the song "O Cheiro da Carolina" by Luiz Gonzaga, popular on TikTok in 2023. A version of the song was created highlighting the advantages of Quina. Influencers, such as Vyni and A Menina do Cuscuz, were selected to promote the campaign in a natural and authentic way, using language and formats already familiar to the public. The result was exceptional, with the videos reaching the top 1% of the Culture, Sports and Entertainment sector on TikTok in Latin America.

Oi

Oi Fibra is the fiber optic broadband internet service offered by the Brazilian operator Oi. In recent months, we have carried out several campaigns and projects with Oi Fibra, involving more than 10 talents and influencers. Some of the videos were promoted in prominent formats on paid media, such as TikTok Top View and Kwai Eye Max. The campaigns were disseminated on the platforms YouTube, Kwai, TikTok, Instagram and Facebook. The main challenge of these campaigns was to increase brand recognition and establish the credibility of Oi Fibra as a 100% fiber optic internet, highlighting its stability, quality and speed, which allow for a fully intelligent and connected environment. To this end, we took care to create a short, objective and yet creative script, using graphic resources such as 3D. All of the material had great performance on the platforms and received positive feedback from customers. We also carried out seasonal campaigns with influencers, such as those for Mother's Day and Father's Day, reinforcing the presence and benefits of the service at different times of the year.

Ifood

iFood is the leading delivery platform in Latin America, connecting customers, restaurants, and delivery people in a simple and efficient way. Donna Agency has developed more than 10 campaigns for iFood through TTCX, including projects such as Mario Bros Gift Cards, iFood Markets, and iFood Club. In total, we produced more than 50 videos for TikTok, focused on paid media, using popular formats such as ASMR, green screen, and creative 3D techniques. These videos not only achieved high performance, but also generated a significant increase in traffic on the iFood app, in addition to significant impressions and conversions.

Braé

Braé, a multicultural, innovative, and high-performance hair care company specializing in professional and home care products, approached us looking for a cast of beauty content creators and digital content creation focused on sludge content — videos designed to maximize user engagement, using techniques such as split screen and simultaneous activities in each shot. In response, we developed several campaigns using our cast of influencers, in addition to producing content for Braé’s social media channels, including paid media for Top View formats on TikTok. We also created innovative videos, using techniques such as 3D and ASMR with kinetic sand, to promote the launch of the Braé Stages line.

Haskell Cosméticos

Haskell is a cosmetics brand that seeks to be a national reference in hair products with natural active ingredients, investing in technology and innovation. In 2023, we closed an advertising deal with an influencer from our casting, Alan Vivian. What was supposed to be another great one-off job turned into a product line signed by Alan and developed by Haskell, the Lamellar Liquid Mask. As part of the strategy to publicize the launch of this new product, we produced a 3D video and the brand closed new advertisements with other names from our casting on social media. Our advisor, Alan Vivian, participated in major cosmetics events with the brand, such as Beauty Fair.

Pagou Fácil

Pagou Fácil is a debt negotiation platform that belongs to the Paschoalotto group, renowned for its vast experience and expertise in financial and collection solutions. We produce 14 videos for Pagou Fácil every month, which are published on TikTok, Instagram and Facebook. These videos combine humor and educational content to humanize the company and strengthen the connection with its customers, in addition to directing the audience to the brand's negotiation website, generating new conversions. In addition, we created materials to support external communication during the client's rebranding and repositioning process, including the 3D format. Our videos contributed to reducing the CPC (cost per click) of paid media, achieving the best numbers in the company's history.

Avon is one of the largest and best-known cosmetics and beauty companies in the world. To promote its Power Stay, Crushed Crystals, Ultra Color, Color Energy nail polish lines, Exxtravagant mascara and Tratamake Radiante moisturizing treatment lipstick line, the brand entered into an 8-month partnership with one of the influencers in our casting, @kareenguimaraess (369K). The creative concept for the Reels and Stories formats promotes the importance of small self-care rituals, bringing the brand's products to these moments of pause in the female universe. With the motto “Nothing Shakes You!”, Karen explores the security of the woman who, with her eyelashes and nails done, doesn't want to go to war with anyone.

L’Oréal is a leading French global cosmetics company specializing in hair care, fragrances, sunscreens and dermatological products. Throughout 2024, we participated in all L’Oréal Elseve campaigns and our influencer, Alan Vivian, is one of the main faces of the Extraordinary Oils campaign. Through this partnership, we participated in several events promoted by the brand, including a photoshoot with actress Taís Araújo and the premiere of the Netflix series Emily in Paris in Los Angeles.

Tik Tok

TikTok Creative Exchange (TTCX) is a platform that connects brands with creative agencies and influencers for advertising campaigns on TikTok, facilitating collaborations to create authentic and engaging ads. Donna Agency, a TTCX creative partner since July 2023, offers specialized services in creating short videos for paid media, as well as running campaigns with influencers, selecting profiles aligned with each campaign. Rosetta Stone

Rosetta Stone is a popular language learning software in the US, designed to help users learn new languages ​​in an interactive and immersive way. Looking to expand into Brazil, Rosetta Stone approached us to create monthly influencer campaigns. Our challenge is to increase awareness and drive conversions on the Rosetta Stone app. We manage over 15 influencers per month in the Brazilian market, providing each one with a unique access link to track conversions to the app. Our main focus is travel influencers, although we also do specific outreach for holidays such as Mother’s Day and the Olympics.

Nubank

Nubank is a Brazilian fintech and one of the largest and best-known financial technology companies in Latin America. Between 2023 and 2024, we ran several campaigns for Nubank through TTCX. When writing and producing paid media videos for broadcast on TikTok, we highlighted topics such as awareness of fraud and digital scams, as well as brand anniversary celebrations. Our campaigns achieved a high viewing rate of up to 75% of the video, demonstrating that we were able to capture the audience's attention and maintain their interest for longer. Regarding the creative aspect, we developed engaging videos that captured users' attention, using techniques such as "sludge content" and kinetic sand. These videos not only achieved great awareness results, but also celebrated important moments for Nubank, contributing to the strengthening of the brand and engagement with its customers.

MAC

MAC Cosmetics is a global cosmetics brand known for its wide range of makeup products. Through TTCX, we have produced more than fifteen videos promoting its various product lines. In the end-of-year campaigns and the launch of the MACximal lipstick line, we opted for filming and editing resources with dynamic transitions, use of green screen and storytelling that convey promotional information to the audience and highlight the quality and finish of the products, always providing before and after impressions. Thus, the content is scripted and produced to generate high engagement and conversion rates on social media. In most projects broadcast as paid media on TikTok, our videos reach the top spot in conversion rates and impressions in the cosmetics sector.

Shell

Shell, formally known as Royal Dutch Shell, is one of the largest oil and gas multinationals in the world. We ran two influencer campaigns to promote Shell’s app, Shell Box, over the course of six months. Our challenge was to increase the number of downloads and new user acquisitions (first-time installs) of the app, using acquisition coupons as a strategy to attract the target audience. The campaigns were run on Instagram and TikTok, with a total of 10 influencers. We chose influencers from the humor niche to present Shell Box in a light-hearted and fun way, incorporating the use of the app into everyday situations. The videos ranked among the top 5 to 6% in click-through rates in the traditional finance sector.

Leroy Merlin

Leroy Merlin is a French chain of construction, finishing, decoration, gardening and DIY stores. The brand approached us through TTCX to produce several paid media video campaigns on TikTok, including those focused on seasonal dates such as Black Friday and Christmas, as well as one specifically focused on the Construction Festival. We also did a special announcement on TikTok about an unprecedented partnership between Leroy Merlin and Pixar, where the winners of the brand's promotion could win a room decorated entirely with Pixar animations. The videos explore the user's perception before and after the decorations. We also used the platform's filter features to create a dialogue between the objects in the room that need to be re-decorated. Overall, we had satisfactory results in all the campaigns, whether conversion or awareness, which is why Leroy always comes back with more challenges.

Donna Agency’s success story for TIM Brasil, promoting TIM Controle, as creative partners of the TikTok Creative Exchange platform. The approach adopted was to create content with an organic aesthetic, less advertising-like and more aligned with the audience’s consumption format on TikTok. Our team focused on building storytelling that connects emotionally with users, facilitating the assimilation of the message and, consequently, increasing the effectiveness of the campaign.

The results were impressive: a 46% reduction in cost per acquisition (CPA) and a 30% reduction in cost per net sale.

Donna Agency’s creatives for SEPHORA Brazil are a success story on TikTok.

Our mission was clear: to create a series of creatives that highlight TikTok’s exclusive discount coupons for purchases at SEPHORA. And the result? A significant increase in engagement and sales, consolidating the campaign as a reference in the market.

This campaign generated a return on investment (ROI) of 11.35 and, on average, 79% of purchases were motivated by TikTok.

Donna Agency’s success story for Drogaria São Paulo, promoting a promotiktok coupon for purchases in the skin and children’s categories, as creative partners of the TikTok Creative Exchange platform. As a creative strategy, we developed scripts that explore the consumer experience when purchasing skin and children’s products at a discount at Drogaria São Paulo, from the mother who needs to keep her baby’s hygiene items stocked, to the busy woman who doesn’t give up on her skincare routine.

The result came in the form of a lot of conversion: an incremental increase of 11.9% in the brand’s sales was recorded. In other words, those who saw the ads on TikTok bought 11.9% more than those who didn’t.
