Pagou Fácil is a debt negotiation platform that belongs to the Paschoalotto group, renowned for its vast experience and expertise in financial and collection solutions. We produce 14 videos for Pagou Fácil every month, which are published on TikTok, Instagram and Facebook. These videos combine humor and educational content to humanize the company and strengthen the connection with its customers, in addition to directing the audience to the brand’s negotiation website, generating new conversions. In addition, we created materials to support external communication during the client’s rebranding and repositioning process, including the 3D format. Our videos contributed to reducing the CPC (cost per click) of paid media, achieving the best numbers in the company’s history.
