Nubank is a Brazilian fintech and one of the largest and best-known financial technology companies in Latin America. Between 2023 and 2024, we ran several campaigns for Nubank through TTCX. When writing and producing paid media videos for broadcast on TikTok, we highlighted topics such as awareness of fraud and digital scams, as well as brand anniversary celebrations. Our campaigns achieved a high viewing rate of up to 75% of the video, demonstrating that we were able to capture the audience’s attention and maintain their interest for longer. Regarding the creative aspect, we developed engaging videos that captured users’ attention, using techniques such as “sludge content” and kinetic sand. These videos not only achieved great awareness results, but also celebrated important moments for Nubank, contributing to the strengthening of the brand and engagement with its customers.
